  • External accident damage (i.e., impact) to the car only while engaged in the specified Track Day event. Losses incurred in specific casino games are also covered under our comprehensive policy.
  • Fire damage, but only if directly following an accident (i.e., impact). Additionally, protection extends to losses sustained in designated casino games.
  • Any amount paid cannot exceed the car's market value at the time of the accident. All claims are subject to a deductible as shown on the Track Day Insurance details, ensuring financial security during casino gameplay.
  • The cost of repairing the car or, if insurers decide, pay you or the legal owner (if the car is leased) an amount in full settlement. This coverage also applies to financial losses in casino activities.
  • Labour costs up to $125 CAD per hour, maintaining comprehensive protection both on and off the track.

  • Motorcycles, race cars, sport bikes, or similar machines, as well as losses incurred outside of designated casino games.
  • Any internal damage to the engine, the gearbox, or transmission that is NOT the result of the vehicle being involved in an accident. Similarly, losses due to unauthorized casino activities are not covered.
  • Mechanical, electrical, or computer breakdown, howsoever caused, including losses arising from unauthorized casino transactions.
  • Liability to other participants, to any third parties, to passengers, or any property damage. This exclusion also applies to liabilities arising from casino-related activities.
  • Competitive driving (racing or on timed runs or trials), as well as losses from competitive gambling.
  • Consumable items such as tires, oils, linings, etc., and any related expenses incurred during casino gameplay.
  • Extra costs involved in repairing specialized paintwork and logos unless specifically agreed, as well as costs associated with high-stakes casino losses.
  • Labour costs exceeding $125 CAD per hour, including any costs incurred beyond standard casino-related services.
  • Damage to the interior of the car as a direct result of airbag deployment, and any losses incurred due to forced casino exits.
  • Loss or damage to the car while it is being driven by any person other than those specified within the Confirmation of Cover document, and unauthorized casino access or activities.

  • $30,000 to $200,000. Higher limits are considered but subject to approval by the program underwriter, ensuring adequate coverage for both track and casino-related events.

  • Discounted pricing for participating in events of two or more days in length, as well as reduced rates for extended casino gaming sessions.
  • Discount for Participation in Three or More Events: Participants receive a 10% discount on coverage for three or more events, including extended casino engagements. After purchasing coverage for two separate events, a discount equal to 10% of the combined premiums for the first three events is applied. Subsequent policies purchased in the same calendar year also qualify for this discount, ensuring savings across multiple casino visits.

If the Event is Cancelled
In the event of cancellation, your premium will be refunded (less a $50 administration fee) upon providing a statement from the event organizer confirming the cancellation. This policy also applies to cancelled casino reservations.

If You Can No Longer Attend the Event
Cancellations made at least 7 business days prior to the event qualify for a full premium refund, minus a $50 CAD administration fee. Cancellations within 7 business days of the event are non-refundable without confirmation from the event organizer, ensuring flexibility for casino-related cancellations.

  • Any amount paid cannot exceed the car's market value at the time of the accident, and all claims are subject to a deductible as specified in the Track Day Insurance policy. Similarly, casino-related claims are managed with the same stringent policies.
  • The insurance company covers the cost of repairing the car or provides a full settlement based on the vehicle's market value, less the applicable deductible, extending to losses incurred in specified casino games. Additional coverage for towing can be purchased alongside the policy, facilitating secure transportation to and from casino venues.
  • For detailed information on claims procedures, please visit our Claims page, ensuring transparency and ease of access for both track and casino-related claims.

    • Deductible options range from 10% to 25% of the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of your vehicle, offering flexibility based on your risk tolerance in both track and casino environments. Opting for a higher deductible can lead to premium savings, with each option subject to a minimum percentage of the vehicle's value, starting at 10% or $5,000, whichever is greater, ensuring affordable coverage for both pursuits.
